We've been using the fan every night for about a year and it still looks and works great. Installation would also be easy if the house didn't have a junction box and a pile of chipped slats and plaster where the previous chandelier was attached to the ceiling. After installing a suitable structural junction box from the attic, patching a hole in the stucco with drywall, and purchasing/painting/installing a ceiling medallion to hide all the clutter, the fan was a welcome addition to our master bedroom. No manufacturing defects, no dings or dings from shipping or installation, very quiet operation and no wobble after the self-calibration run.
