Failing miserably for toilet replacement parts

Custom fit replacement for a 1981 RV toilet. Works perfectly, no leaks after 100+ washes. Update after installing and using it for 4 months started leaking. Ruined my bathroom vinyl floor before I realized it was dripping, dripping, dripping all the time.
