Beautiful packaging, stylish product. Two main cons to note: 1. This toothbrush is supposed to be soft but it hurt my gums a lot for the first few weeks. Flexible but thin and sharp bristles kept falling under my gums and irritating them. And remember, I don't have sensitive gums at all, this is the first time I've come across anything like this. It hurt every time and I had to be very careful and use swiping motions. It got better, I don't know if the gums got used to it or the bristles got softer. I plan to soak the next brush in hot water before first use and see if that helps.2. Since the corners of the brush are rather angular and not rounded like plastic brushes, it irritated the corners of the mouth. These areas were red and sore for the first two weeks. It also got better and I don't experience it anymore. All in all, it's ok now that I've cleared all the hurdles and intend to use the full package. But only because I don't want to throw it away and contribute to the litter I was trying to avoid by ordering eco toothbrushes. I'll see how the other toothbrushes in the pack perform, but if I have to go through that two-week adjustment period with each one, it's not worth it.
