Stretchy but not tight
I love this dress, it's cute, I wish it was a little shorter, now I'm 5 inch 8, my weight is 365, maybe looks different from others, I don't have hips so it's a bit lost had to take 2x or XL it's a bit see through which suits me. I love the skirt but wish it was better
