My husband and I love pancakes and are very happy with this pan. Make the biggest fluffy pancakes. Very adhesive, therefore no oil required. My secret to fluffy pancakes has always been the Hungry Jack Butter Milk Complete pancake mix, but I used the waffle recipe on the box (I've tried many pancake mixes and a few recipes from scratch). Slightly lower heat for 5 minutes (do not use high heat, it will brown quickly and the center will remain a little mushy), then turn the pan over and simmer on low heat for about 2 more minutes. When you turn the pan over, be sure to shake it a little so the pancake falls off instead of sticking to the surface.
