Poorly packaged in Fish & Aquatic Pets
Packaging is sloppy. Arrived tightly packed, all the bottles were misshapen and all the bottles had a granular white powdery substance. A complete mess! I just changed the water in a betta tank with this conditioner and after about 4 hours he was very lethargic and refusing to eat. I pulled him out and thankfully he's fine now, but I now suspect that was the cause of his pain.
