This is a great product! The drops at pet stores are so small and I only need a little for my 3 gallon tank. Convenient units of measurement are printed on the lid. Ideal!

I've been ordering these from Revain for a while and every other order gets lost due to the shipping method. Since I'm nowhere near a fish shop, I have to rely on Revain. The product is good, but if the bag gets wet and I can't use the product, what's the point?

Instead of using purified bottled water for my bear aquarium, I use two water dosed with this substance. My fish seem perfectly happy in the water. I will say that I "settle" gallon bottles of purified water with the treatment for at least a week before using it. JIC.

Packaging is sloppy. Arrived tightly packed, all the bottles were misshapen and all the bottles had a granular white powdery substance. A complete mess! I just changed the water in a betta tank with this conditioner and after about 4 hours he was very lethargic and refusing to eat. I pulled him out and thankfully he's fine now, but I now suspect that was the cause of his pain.

***For ALL dechlorinators, you need to mix the appropriate amount with the clean water you put in the aquarium bucket. Wait 5 minutes for all of the chlorine AND chloramines to neutralize, then carefully add to the aquarium.*** I didn't find anything "bad" about this product, but there are WAY better options out there than yours Aquarium do more good.
