It has all of my employees' information in one place so I know who is available to fill any vacancies that may arise at work or vacation time for their kids activities etc..It also keeps track when they will need FMLA days off too which helps me plan out our schedule better as well since we are not always able to cover every single thing before it happens!! The only problem i have now would be if there was an easier way like having multiple different calendars but then everyone's schedules wouldn't sync up very great either unless its something thats paid extra by them? Its helped us greatly just managing vacations/FMLAs because everything about each employee gets put into 1 spot insteadof searching through 20+ emails from people tryingto find what day someone needs some sickdays taken care ofetc...
