I've always seen these in Chinese restaurants and decided to give it a try. It's a lot easier to get potatoes and fries out of the oil with this thing; You can fish them out directly instead of using pliers. It appears to be real stainless steel as there is no sign of rusting after a few months of use. I don't put it in the dishwasher; Hand wash only.
