Unfortunately, the products I tried from Hlonon did not live up to my expectations in terms of quality, despite my excitement about trying them. Their planners and refills may have a chic appearance, but the materials used to make them have an inexpensive and flimsy feel. After only a few weeks of use, the covers have already begun to show indications of wear and tear, indicating that they are not as sturdy as they initially appear to be. In addition to that, I discovered that the website was tough to navigate due to its complexity. Because the product descriptions are not always straightforward, it can be difficult to understand exactly what one is purchasing. In addition, when I asked for assistance through the company's customer support, I did not get a response for several days. Given the importance that Hlonon places on both practicality and aesthetics in its products, I was hoping for more from the company. Even though their items have a nice appearance at first glance, they are not durable enough to withstand regular use. If you are seeking for stationery of a very high quality, I would suggest browsing at a different location.
