Solved my laundry problem but not without a few issues

Purchased in November 2014 so 2 years have passed and I'm finally writing a review. I paid $47.78 and now I see it's on sale for $35.46. My laundry room had lots of closets but no hanging space. After searching the internet at the time, I found this product as a solution. The product solved my problem but still has some design flaws that I had to overcome. The first design flaw is that the stainless steel bar can be safely stored when not in use. If I just leaned it against the wall it would eventually fall further and there wasn't enough room in either of the cabinets to store the long rod. So I took the stainless steel bar to my local Ace store and found some hooks that fit the holes in the bar and I use these to store the bar when not in use. I'm sure when they designed this product they might have thought of adding hooks to the bottom of each white bracket for storage when folded. Another design flaw is adding a stripe to the white brackets. You need to pull out the metal latch and insert it into the holes in the bar. When you pull out the metal latch, you pull the staples hard, my mom doesn't have the strength to do it, so she waits for me or my dad to put it on for her when she does the laundry. All in all I give it a good rating as it solved my laundry problem but not without a few issues.
