Before ordering, I measured my knee twice, sitting and standing, and ordered the size that best fits the measurements. When it arrived I tried the brace on while seated and it fit well and provided the support I needed. Getting up, however, was a different story. After about five steps it was halfway up my leg, after another six it was at the ankle. I've tightened it as tight as I could and it still doesn't hold up. This lasted for three days while trying to figure out a way to get it working as my knee felt better while it was on me. But nothing helped and I sent it back and will continue to look for a knee brace.
