I frigging faked it πŸ˜’

I like this concept but it doesn't work on all frames. I got this to work and my frame cracked as a result, but that's on the back of the frame. I bet Thomas Kinkade is rolling in his grave! I was only able to use one screw to attach this to the picture frame. Using a large kink (a bracket that attaches to the picture frame) I got the perfect angle for the light to hit the picture. When a picture is hung it looks like a winner. The subject itself seems weak AF, but put together it looks great. I attached mine to the frame with matching nails and then down the wall to the mantel to make it look amazing. You can paint your cable the same color as the wall and it will not catch your eye or put a tall object on your cape in front of the cable. I would buy it again just for getting it to work so the end result is reasonable but it's a pretty flimsy item and should cost half what it does. If it lasts, it's worth the cost. There's no remote control, but with the right tilt, the lighting is normal for a 24x20 picture, but there's no dimmer. I chose this one because the bulb is replaceable and it is a low power electric light with a cord switch, otherwise I would get more light. (Probably should have) I had a battery operated remote control picture light and it was junk and sucking the life of the batteries and died way too soon. If you have a regular photo, this is probably enough. If you have Thomas Kinkade, that's not enough. This does not show all the beauty and detail that the painting has to offer. It's definitely better than saying nothing.
