Review on Stanley 31939 3-Wire Grounded Replacement by Micheal Wright
This is NOT RUBBER for electrical equipment
This cable is covered with a thin vinyl jacket. The vinyl is so thin I can see three wires printed in the jacket. Attached to a circular saw, the carpenter wore it out in a month. I bought 3 and will be returning them all. This isn't a high performance cable like some other reviewers think.
