This mouse has been called fat and ugly by many. Thus, at 195 centimeters, I have reasonably sized hands. I am really pleased with my purchase of the smallest size mouse. To be told, I don't use my whole hand to control the mouse; only my fingertips. The hand is resting, palm down, the pillow of the palm immobile on the table. My fingertips alone control the mouse's movements. While the arm is effectively always suspended, this is considerably more practical than using the shoulder and forearm muscles to move the mouse than using the palm of your hand.
