Review on Personforce by Craig Shah

I like how easy it was for me as an employer to find people with my specific skillset, even if they were not in our network of contacts or had no online presence at all! It also made finding talent much easier than other sites we have used previously (especially when searching outside of SF/NYC). The platform itself could use some improvements - specifically around search filters and user experience. Also, sometimes there are issues where you cannot submit your application until after others who applied first can be viewed by recruiters / hiring managers. This causes delays which then makes you wonder why this product exists if their goal is to streamline recruitment timeframes? We've been able to hire great employees from across the country without having them relocate here since using person force.
