I've had these glass lamps for almost a year now and they all work perfectly and beautifully! They are illuminated by the sun for most of the day and turn on automatically in the evening. I'm so impressed! I really didn't think they would work so well for so long! I left them for the winter, my yard is so dark and Michigan winters drag on without lights, and I hang a sixth on a shepherd's hook outside my bedroom for a nice warm glow. In fact I was just too lazy to bring them the first week and instead of breaking like I feared they kept spinning! This year we may have had a mild winter, but even on snowy and cloudy days they charged and turned on every night except for a few when they were covered in snow (although some were still glowing under the snow)! ! Worth every penny!
