It's very easy to put on! The price was great!
How long should a flapper last? I don't care if this one only lasts 10 months, it's worth it. It turned on after 2 minutes with no leaks or adjustments. Ladies, that's something we can do at lunchtime; but forget that one damper fits all! I realized 6 months ago when my bedroom toilet was leaking and I paid the plumber $150 for the same damper (just a different color) and 2 minutes of his time, I needed to find the same damper as in my toilet.
