Very happy and satisfied with my 30W laser and the NEJE brand!

So far I like this laser. It cuts well and has very detailed engraving capabilities. The NEJE software is good starter software that comes preinstalled with lots of graphics so you can try out your new laser engraver. It's a bit limited in functionality and customization though, so I highly recommend investing in Lightburn to really unlock the potential of this laser. Any serious hobbyist should take this into account and finally invest in developing an Air Assist mod for ultra clean cuts with no burnt/brown edges. This laser is very efficient, hence these two upgrades are very beneficial. Unfortunately, my laser stopped working a few days after purchase. However, after emailing NEJE, they realized my diode had problems and sent me a new one! The delivery wasn't very fast. The journey here took about two weeks. However, the customer service I experienced was top notch. I've been into 3D printing/manufacturing for a long time, so I understand that these machines can be weird at times. The difference is that the manufacturer support and after-sales service were there and the replacement was easy. I still rate it 5 stars. My laser is fine now: I'm using Lightburn on Mac OSX, and the laser comes with a 3D printed nozzle and a compact 15psi airbrush compressor: ) I've been into 3D printing/manufacturing for a long time, so I understand that these machines can be weird at times.
