We use this product for our HR system, it is easy enough that even non technical people can do their own updates without any help from IT support! It's not perfect but does what we need at an affordable price point compared with other products in its category (eg PeopleSoft). The only downside I have found so far has been some of my client facing screens look out dated/clunky when viewed online or mobile devices - however these are minor issues as they're very easily fixed by updating images etc within the layout itself after viewing them offline vs having me make changes via FTP / CDS file transfer back into production systems where needed. So far no major downsides using the tool except perhaps if you want more flexibility then pay extra money up front for something like Salesforce instead though there really isn't much difference between those two platforms once implemented properly anyway.
