Easy to Use Human Resource System and Payroll Solution

We use this product for our HR system, it is easy enough that even non technical people can do their own updates without any help from IT support! It's not perfect but does what we need at an affordable price point compared with other products in its category (eg PeopleSoft). The only downside I have found so far has been some of my client facing screens look out dated/clunky when viewed online or mobile devices - however these are minor issues as they're very easily fixed by updating images…

  • Easy to implement quickly; flexible options available should needs change down future road ; cost effective approach versus full blown enterprise software solutions such As Oracle EBS

  • Not all fields required during update process will automatically prompt user input upon completion
