I don't like writing reviews, but when a seller deserves it, I have to! First of all I would like to say that I received my laptop a day earlier than expected! It was great for me because I was able to work straight away. I was happy when I opened the box, it was packed really well and the laptop was in perfect condition. As soon as I opened the laptop box, I saw how beautiful the laptop looked, and even more so when I started setting it up and noticing the clarity of the screen and, even better, its responsiveness when using the touchscreen. I fell in love with them and overall Dell is a great product. I definitely recommend buying from this seller. A+
