The best thing about this software is that it has everything in one place, meaning you don't have to go searching to find all of the information you need. It also allows me to collaborate with my team members as I'm able to use our email. Sometimes when I try to add something to a document it doesn't upload correctly and I have to delete and re-upload which can be time consuming. If you're looking for a tool that allows you to update and manage everything online then this is what you want. We are using Infocubic Japan as an internal communication tool and our customers can access the same information through their website. It is very user friendly and easy to use. I like that it allows me to easily send out mass emails, newsletters, etc. The interface could be improved. For example, the font colors are not uniform and it would be nice if they were more consistent. I also wish there was an option for you to choose to have all of your email sent through one account versus creating multiple accounts. We used this product to send out a newsletter to our clients and customers.
