I've tried 3 different orthotics for thumb and wrist issues and this one is by far the best: it supports both wrist and thumb fingers with a smart Design allows you to set it up properly and it's lightweight so it doesn't limit your options. I have a much more elaborate device from my hand doctor, but it doesn't suit the use and rubbing of my (dominant) hand. My third brace is good for my wrist but doesn't help my finger. My only complaint is that it's falling apart now from wearing it so many times: the velcro rolls up the fabric too much and the stitching is starting to unravel. In the end it's worth it.
