So judging by the picture I was expecting that I would have no problem inflating these balloons but I didn't take into account that all the confetti in the balloons would just settle in a bunch in the balloon with filled with helium. After a bit of research I found out that you need to inflate the balloon with 75% helium and 25% oxygen to get the confetti to stick to the inside of the balloon like in the picture. After that you need to take some fabric or fabric and create friction and then rub it all over the balloon to create enough static electricity to make the confetti stick to the inner walls of the balloon. It just took a lot longer to get ready for the party than I expected. After I got home and installed them I would say that after about 4 hours they were all on the bottom, I think the ratio of helium and oxygen caused them to become unable to swim after a short while. They also cost an extra dollar for a balloon inflated at my local Kroger (I've been told they're more expensive because they're latex). They were beautiful but required a lot of work and didn't last long enough. I'll probably make something lighter in the future!
