So this is absolutely NOT a traditional wax and doesn't work the same way! It doesn't get "hard" like regular wax and stays like very thick honey. If using soft sugar wax, apply the sugar wax in the OPPOSITE direction of hair growth, press down on the wax with a strip and quickly pull in the SAME direction of hair growth to remove. This is the exact opposite of how regular soft wax is applied and removed. So if you know you can use the item properly, you will not be dissatisfied. So we tested this sugar wax as we know it from sugar wax and it's pretty good quality. Does what it's supposed to and it definitely works! We used it on my back and it did a great job removing hair! As long as you know what you're doing, it works.
