I love that you can create your own meeting rooms, set times of day to use them (and have reminders sent), as well as be able to schedule recurring events like weekly staff lunches or quarterly employee reviews! The only thing i dislike about it so far has been when trying to add an event with multiple dates in my calendar at once - sometimes its not possible unless one date isn't added first? Otherwise great product!! We've found this really useful since we moved into our new office space which means having more than 10 people together regularly now :).
