Great tool for managing meetings & scheduling

The customer service has been incredible! I have had two different employees help me figure out my specific problem, both of which went above and beyond to try to assist me over email or through an in-person meeting that happened at their office during working hours. Their staff genuinely cares about helping you solve problems (and they don't mind taking time away from their normal work week just to do so). Our team meets once per quarter in order to plan upcoming projects together, and this…

  • Great UI; easy for anyone new.
  • Multiple options available including video conferencing software &/or screen sharing services,
  • Easily integrates external tools / systems without much difficulty., etc
Cons
  • Not really anything major comes up here..maybe price?

Great tool for easily booking meetings and getting everyone online

I love that you can create your own meeting rooms, set times of day to use them (and have reminders sent), as well as be able to schedule recurring events like weekly staff lunches or quarterly employee reviews! The only thing i dislike about it so far has been when trying to add an event with multiple dates in my calendar at once - sometimes its not possible unless one date isn't added first? Otherwise great product!! We've found this really useful since we moved into our new office space…

  • And then being emailed back confirmation within minutes from admin dashboard :)
