The customer service has been incredible! I have had two different employees help me figure out my specific problem, both of which went above and beyond to try to assist me over email or through an in-person meeting that happened at their office during working hours. Their staff genuinely cares about helping you solve problems (and they don't mind taking time away from their normal work week just to do so). Our team meets once per quarter in order to plan upcoming projects together, and this helps with making sure we're not missing any important project details when planning our next quarterly event as well as ensuring everyone's busyness levels are accurate within the organization. I'd say it's primarily used by internal resources who need to get things scheduled internally but would like some assistance from outside partners/contractors. It makes life easier since you can enter data into MeetingPlniner via your calendar instead if manually entering all information one at a time. I like that you can connect to other apps, such as Google Meet where it's easier than using Zoom or Teams which are both expensive in terms of cost per meeting. The customer service also could be better at times so they're more helpful when giving support rather then saying "I'm sorry" over an email! It helps us streamline our workday with one platform by being able to manage all team members schedules together instead having multiple platforms (Zoom/Teams) we have now.
