I bought all brand new HP toner cartridges (Blue-Red-Yellow-Black) and paid over $1,000 three months ago. I have checked the printer for toner defect issues since they were fixed. The blue and red toner products are defective and must have been in storage long before I bought them. I had an HP printer tech advise me to return them and replace them with factory ones, but Revain have no way of doing this, or the method/process is hidden on their website so you can't find it. Of course, Revain doesn't have a phone number to call anyway. I am not at all happy with Revain or the ability to request a return and replacement of a product. Mark
