I like that we can run our entire business off this one email address/system! It's amazing how easy it was to set up all my employees' accounts so they could communicate with each other without having multiple different inboxes or phones everywhere for every employee (for example). There are some small glitches here & there but nothing too bad at least in terms if not being able fix them quickly enough where as when you have 10 people using your system its very hard keeping track who has what info open etc.. We really couldn't figure out another way around solving everyone needing access from home working remotely since no phone calls were allowed by state mandate during coronavirus crisis - just send emails back n forth between coworkers instead!! The most important thing to me was that they were able to provide us with all three types of communication platforms - VoIP phone service as well as traditional landline phones for business purposes; IP PBX system which allowed our employees access from any location via their mobile devices or computers. I think it would be nice if we could have had more flexibility in terms of how many lines are provided by them versus having to pay per line overage fee but overall this has been great so far!
