I just bought a great standing desk and a 13" version of the LX ARM Desktop LCD Monitor. I set up my 27" LG 5K monitor only to find that the height adjustment immediately falls off completely - in other words, a 7-25lb monitor mount can't lift a 14.1lb monitor? Moving the monitor works well, but when I adjust the height of the monitor it immediately goes almost all the way down. I can adjust the height manually on a pole connected to the table, but the whole idea of buying it was gone adjust the height of the monitor when I lift the table and stand up. I'm very disappointed considering this is a key feature that doesn't work and I don't see anything in the instructions that would allow me to fix this. over 20 pounds. which I definitely don't have.
