This is a nifty and well designed dual monitor mount. The arms are metal and narrower than other monitor mounts I've used in the past, but still strong enough to support a dual 27" monitor configuration without sagging. At first I had a problem. A 27-inch monitor weighed 12.8 pounds, but even after the tilt adjustment screw was tightened as far as it could go, to the point where the hex head began to loosen, the monitor began to tilt down after a few minutes. I contacted the company's support team and they quickly sent me a replacement. After installing the replacement device and remounting my monitors, the issue seems to be resolved and I no longer see the crash. It's always nice to see companies who stand behind their product and are willing to go the extra step to ensure everything works as it should.
