I'm 5'6, 115 lbs and usually wear a small size workout tank top which is what I chose for this product. It fit like a glove and I felt fully supported. I love the strap at the back, it's so stylish and keeps you cool at the same time. Organic cotton has a very pleasant stretchy and soft feel. It's a lot more expensive than anything I usually buy and it's a bit pricey for what it is in my opinion, but it's definitely a good training top. I also like the built in bra, it's always nice to wear just one piece. I wish the padded inserts were removable, but that doesn't bother me.
