Works great out of the box, exactly as described. It has flexible programming that allows you to customize the automatic delivery of flavors. The product is very easy to set up and configure, we installed it and got it up and running in 5 minutes. Spare parts last a very long time, and the choice of flavors is huge. Be sure to order Rubbermaid's "Standard" wands. "Standard" chopsticks look like a jar of shaving cream with a silver lid and have the word "Standard" in their name. Someone in another review who complained about not being able to get it to work most likely ordered the scent with a different brand dispenser. These real gas stations are popping up right now.
