I was looking for some outdoor lighting for Christmas, specifically for my two plant bushes that were on opposite sides of my front door. I only had one power source and it was quite a distance from the bushes so I had to find a way to light them individually without leaving a light path down the middle. I had options with two battery or solar powered strings and came across these. Although I have solar string lights in my garden I wasn't sure if this light would be efficient enough considering we don't get much sun these days. I bought two packs just to try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised by the brightness and versatility of these garlands. They are tiny but quite powerful. It was so easy to set up (my 7 year old helped me) and was the perfect size for the bushes :). They have many modes - dimming, flickering, etc. which is very cool! They're also waterproof - they withstood yesterday's torrential rain and surprisingly turned on despite a super overcast day! I love these lights and the fact that I don't have to worry about turning them on or off. The best part is that I use solar energy instead of electricity or batteries for Christmas decorations that cost me zero dollars! We recommend!
