The controller came with a gimbal tilt adjuster which did not turn clockwise to tilt the gimbal back up. The problem is with the hardware, not the software. To make matters worse, DJI customer service didn't send a replacement or even sell it separately...they wanted me to send it in for repair. Period 2+ weeks. The? Just hold my card, send me a new one and I'll return the old one. Revain got it right by sending a replacement. Decent entry-level drone, terrible DJI customer service
