Review on 🚗 Toyota Tundra Antenna Ornament - Genuine Accessory 86392-0C040 for 2007-2012 Models by Scott Chen

The original antenna mount dry rotted in my 2012 Tundra. I ordered it as a cheap alternative to the car dealership. The product arrived quickly and without any problems. The installation instructions are simple. After disconnecting the antenna and removing the remains of the old part, this replacement was installed with minimal effort. The part slides onto the antenna mount fairly easily, but trying to fit the part smoothly into the frame was a little tricky. I tried using the rubberized handle of my pliers to push it further but it just started to stretch and almost broke the thinner rubber at the top of the device. I ended up squeezing the unit a bit and securing the top seam with my fingers and then the rest followed. Once installed it looks good and works as advertised. The only caveat is pressing too hard on the top to get it in place as I almost broke the thinner rubber top. Otherwise a good product.
