I don't know what to do about it. I feel that the plates don't get very hot on the highest heat as I have to do a few passes with the iron and I can iron my hair without burning like I would with other straighteners. My hair doesn't get as straight as it does with a regular ceramic straightener, although I used a straightening comb before using it on my coarse hair. The results are even more disappointing if you don't use the brush beforehand. I think they meant 92% less damage because it doesn't get very hot.
