Yesterday afternoon a pirate on the porch stole a package from our front door. As long as I could watch videos from the console, I wanted to share them with my neighbors too, but I didn't want to pay a monthly cloud service fee. I contacted Smonet support and left a voice message at 6pm my time. Not expecting an answer within 24 hours, I was happy to get a call back in less than 30 minutes. It was Sharon from Smonet Technical Support. Although I didn't explain the original reason for my call anymore, Sharon wouldn't let me, she emailed me and asked me to contact him without hesitation. God, I'm glad she sent that letter. While uploading the file I encountered a number of minor issues that would take days if not weeks for your typical tech support team to resolve. Not with Smonet, not with Sharon. I sent her three or more emails overnight before deciding to hang up for the night around 12:30pm. Sharon called me on my cell phone at 7am the next morning because she was getting ready to leave work and wanted to make sure, OK, I didn't have time to follow up on her latest reviews so I told her I'd be back later on Check again tonight I'm finishing up my work for the day. Later that evening I sent another email to Sharon and she not only sent me a link to the video player resource but also called me on the phone to make sure I understood her instructions. The CCTV system is good but the technical support from Sharon is exceptional.
