Review on MFLABEL Printer: Commercial, Thermal 🖨️ Printing Supplies for Packaging & Shipping by Robert Ryokan

I bought this label printer directly from UPS. As a small business, I often print shipping labels. I don't have a CD player in my laptop, so I tried downloading it from the internet first. It pretended to work, I followed all the instructions and UPS.com couldn't find the thermal printer. I called UPS tech support and they couldn't find it either. I spent 1.5 hours online with Best Buy Geek and they couldn't download the driver so they saw it. Took everything to Best Buy and they were able to download the driver from the CD but UPS still can't see the printer. Before I gave up I sent a message to Revain tech support and they sent me a link to make the thermal printer work with UPS and I don't get the same windows as in the video. UPS just doesn't see the printer even when I browse the list of printers. After spending over 6 hours on this alone and with multiple tech support, I give up and send it back. Other reviews looked good but this just doesn't work for me.
