I couldn't get this printer to work on two different desktops or laptops and I'm pretty tech savvy! I couldn't even get a computer to recognize that it had a printer attached, or set up a printer to test its ability to print on either computer! After hours of trying, googling, and trying again, I gave up and decided it wasn't worth saving up for a more expensive printer. I repackaged it and immediately requested a refund. Then I turned around and bought another printer.

I think this is a great inexpensive thermal printer if you are printing with UPS. FED EX, USPS and all other types of labels. The setup wasn't that bad and it works fine. Excellent value for money and quality!

Overall a decent printer for the home office. Print only on one size (4x6) label. It was a bit difficult to find printer drivers online since my laptop doesn't have a driver CD drive that came with it. The black print isn't as dark as I was hoping, but it works.

I have printed about 200 labels with this printer and it has been a great experience. I'm using it on a Windows 10 computer via a USB cable. Comes with an installation CD which I couldn't use (no optical drive) but the drivers were easy to find online with Google and worked straight away in Windows. It prints faster than inkjet and is also cheaper to produce labels. it is quieter, faster and more energy efficient. Well, first of all. When I received this printer I emailed the company to let them know that the cable that came with the printer was defective and if they could send me another one. They never responded so I bought myself and spent another $10-12. I then plug it into my computer and now which computer has a place to put a CD in to download the driver? How about NOBODY! I bought this label printer directly from UPS. As a small business, I often print shipping labels. I don't have a CD player in my laptop, so I tried downloading it from the internet first.
