Item arrived on time but was shipped without washers or hex nuts!

Item arrived without washers and hex nuts! I needed this item to complete the job, so I had to purchase washers and hex nuts from Home Depot. Cost me another $5.65 since the parts are metric, well I'm not too happy about that. Lesson learned.
