I worked at Topspot as an Account Executive between 2016 - 2018. In my time there it was always a great team of people doing their best to build out the business! They were very focused on customer service. The office culture was one where everyone wanted to help each other succeed and grow professionally. It's not hard to see why they are successful because everything ran so smoothly. There wasn't anything I disliked specifically about my experience while I worked here. If you're considering pursuing opportunities within this field then definitely make sure to keep looking into jobs outside your current scope until you find something that fits perfectly with what you want to accomplish. My main responsibility was managing and expanding the client base through networking events. Their customer service has always exceeded my expectations! I’ve never had any issues when it comes time to pay their invoices or receive answers from them via live chat (which is rare). They are very prompt about answering questions as well. Great team of people who care deeply about what they do and how customers perceive their website/branding. Highly recommend this studio - you won't be disappointed. Website redesigns and rewrites for local business, including new logo designs.
