I'm so glad I bought this chair. It's very stylish, matches my decor, looks well made, is a fantastic price and is pretty comfortable in my opinion. It's not super "soft" - sink into the chair like a chair to take a nap, a bit of "feel" if you're used to such an office chair, but I like the extra support that it offers, and after a few hours of use it is quite comfortable. The assembly took only a few minutes. Basically 4 screws, insert 5 wheels, attach the kit and you're good to go. The main reason I am writing this review is the CUSTOMER SERVICE I received. The best service I have ever received from any company. where I bought something online. Through no fault of the Armen Living company, part of the chair was broken upon delivery. The fault was with the shipping company. The box was damaged and the plastic handle that attaches to the hydraulic arm was broken. It's cosmetic only but needs replacing. Rather than contacting UPS or Revain for fear of having to ship the whole chair back, I emailed the company directly with photos of the defective part and an explanation of my request. MINUTES I was helpful and hot ndly answer. In fact I sent an email and then decided to call the company with my query as emails (for some companies) go unanswered. I was directed to a very helpful person who handles such requests. I was shocked when, shortly after sending the email to the company, my interlocutor had already received my email, replied to my email and forwarded the inquiry to the parts supply department. Wow! Super impressed.
