Although I have had sunscreen readers this is my first pair of bifocal readers and I am so glad I got them. I have a condition where even natural indoor light is bad for my eyes, so I wear sunglasses when I watch TV and read outside. They are neither heavy nor big for me as I have a small face. They're definitely dark, and the reading area is the perfect size and thickness.
