It's definitely not titanium. I have titanium piercing jewelry and it was definitely not the right quality. It's also not as shiny as in the picture, but mine definitely does. It also came in a small pouch that could be opened and used sooner. It didn't suit me. I am not satisfied with my purchase, I immediately sent it back.
