Review on Taylor Communications by John Mejia

I like that they are very attentive to their customers needs in regards to technology! They really listen well when you have issues/questions about your account or software so it is easy to get through any sort of issue quickly & efficiently. The fact they offer many different options helps solve problems as opposed from just one type of solution which can be overwhelming if not used correctly (i am speaking more specifically towards video). It's hard sometimes because i feel there isn't enough customization but at least we know what works best within our organization.
