I like that you can customize it to fit what we need, rather than having all modules set up at once! There are so many different ways this could be used in our organization; however currently my favorite is using explorer as an internal wiki tool (we have multiple teams spread around several locations).
It gives us quick access from anywhere without needing someone else present or logged into another system just yet again--this helps tremendously when working remotely/from home sometimes during COVID-19 pandemic times!! We're able solve some issues by creating custom workflows which give people specific tasks they should perform if their job title matches certain criteria etc., but also keep track internally who has done those things while giving them credit where due whenever others use tools similar such as Explorer's knowledge base feature too :).
