got an error of 12 in the last 2 years!

I've used them before but as soon as I plugged them in and turned the system back on all my cameras turned off. I suspect the internal cables are wrong and the power to my device has been lost. I replaced the PSU with $12 and everything was ok. To update! I have bought about 12 of these sets in the last 2 years they have all been good I guess a bad one is not the seller's fault. The seller took care of me quickly and everything is fine.
